All services provided by HCPG Performance require a completed waiver prior to participation. Payment is required before services are rendered. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and tap-to-pay options for your convenience.

We believe sports performance training and wellness opportunities should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial situation. If cost is ever a barrier, we encourage you to reach out and talk with us about ways we may be able to support participation or point you toward available options.
